Smile you're on camera! Denise Richards probably regrets posing with adult actress Christina Walsh just prior to Charlie Sheen's hotel rampage

Actor got 'frisky' with porn star in restaurant

Ex-wife Denise Richards posed for pic with the adult star

Says she has an 'obligation' to continue promoting TV show

Charlie was back at work on set today

It appears that on the night of Charlie Sheen's hotel room rampage things actually started out fairly friendly.

Denise Richards went on a date with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen and porn star Christina Walsh, also known as Capri Anderson, before his hotel tirade and even cosied up to the adult star for a photo opportunity.

The 39-year-old actress joined Sheen and Walsh at a New York restaurant on Monday night, just hours before the actor was found by police allegedly 'intoxicated' and naked in his hotel room.

And Richards, who has two daughters Sam, six, and Lola, five, with Sheen, began the night looking comfortable with the situation as she posed cheek to cheek with 22-year-old Anderson.

Not long after the picture was taken James Bond actress Denise apparently had a change of feeling and was left disgusted by her former spouse's antics with the actress, and decided to leave the eatery early.

An eyewitness told American magazine Life & Style: 'They were all dining at Daniel, a posh restaurant on the upper east side near The Plaza. Charlie was rowdy from the beginning like he had been drinking prior.

Out and about: Richards was continuing her media onslaught in New York yesterday, appearing on the Wendy Williams show

'Charlie was stumbling and loud and being very frisky and touchy-feely. Charlie and his date excused themselves to the bathroom together, for a long time. You don't have to be an investigator to know what was going on in that bathroom.'

Walsh, a porn star who apparently operates under aliases including Capri Anderson, Alexis Capri and Stella Costanza, was found in Sheen's hotel room after the wild rampage.

One online report is now also suggesting that Anderson had never actually met Sheen before that night and was due to receive $12,000 for the 'date'.

'Charlie had never met Christina until that night. He ordered her from a ‘service,' a source connected to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

'Disgusted': Richards apparently left the restaurant because she was so upset about Sheen's 'frisky' behaviour

The 22-year-old brunette, who is from New York, is believed to have been at the actor's suite at the Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue on Tuesday morning.

Life & Style reported that she was found screaming inside a locked closet in the Two And A Half Men star's hotel room.

‘She was fearing for her life and was naked,’ a source told its website.
Walsh, whose X-Rated film credits include Big Bust Cougars, is said to be upset over reports she is a prostitute, insisting she is not an escort but an actress.

Meanwhile, Sheen, who was spotted looking grim-faced back on set today for the first time since the scandal emerged, has broken his silence over the binge which landed him in hospital, claiming the story had been 'overblown'.

In a text message sent to RadarOnline, he said: 'Oh my man, I'm fine.
'The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario. I know what went down and that's where it will stay... under wraps.'

Lady in red: Denise also appeared on The PIX Morning Show yesterday

Sheen returned to Los Angeles on a private jet on Tuesday night and has reportedly returned to work today filming a cameo role in a movie in the wake of the hotel drama.

Earlier that day he checked out of New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he underwent a psychiatric evaluation after police told him to go to hospital or risk arrest.

Sheen said he had no plans to reveal exactly what happened in Room 1832 of the hotel, saying: 'I know what went down and that's where it will stay... under wraps.'
NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said no complaints had been made and there was no arrest.

Luxury: New York's famed Plaza Hotel was the the site of Sheen's alleged bender

Sheen is not expected to face criminal charges.

Sheen's comments come after his spokesman claimed on Tuesday: 'What we are able to determine is that Charlie had an adverse reaction to some medication and was taken to the hospital, where he is expected to be released tomorrow.'

Richards has also told how she visited him in hospital.
The former Bond girl, who was married to Sheen for four years, revealed that she helped the troubled actor - but remained tight-lipped about what exactly happened.

'I do know what happened. I would rather Charlie [talk about it]. I did help him at the hospital,' she told US chat show presenter Joy Behar on Tuesday night.

'I'll let you ask Charlie,' she said, refusing to comment further.
Richards, 39, was staying in the hotel as Sheen when the drama unfolded at 2am.

The pair had been in New York with their two daughters and were residing in adjoining rooms for the sake of their children, who they treated to various exciting trips on their holiday including a visit to the theatre.

Richards appeared on the Today show yesterday morning and insisted she 'can't control what happened' but still has 'a lot of faith in my ex.'

Keeping tight-lipped: Denise is giving hints about what happened but isn't fully explaining the incident

Interview: She told US talk show host Joy Behar she 'helped' Sheen at hospital

She said: 'Charlie will always be a part of my life, we are bonded together for ever. it doesn't matter what the situation is he will still be their dad.

'It was unfortunate what happened, I can't control what happened all I can do is move forward, I control my house and the girls and they are happy, beautiful children.

'I am concerned about our children, and my concern is to keep them protected and thank God they are still five and six and still cannot just turn on the television or computer to read the news.

'That is where my priority is, to keep them safe and secure and to not know what went on. They are at an age where they cannot figure that out yet.

Calm before the storm: Just hours before the scandal erupted Sheen visited the Natural History Museum with his ex-wife and two daughters

'We came out here together, we flew out, Charlie was with us when we saw Mary Poppins, he and I took them to the museum and shopping, we had a great time.
'The girls are unaware of anything, so as far as they know they had a great time with their mum and dad in New York.'

Richards was asked if she had spoken to Sheen yesterday and what exactly happened in the Plaza Hotel.

She replied: 'Charlie is back in L.A. I haven't spoken to him today, it is a bit early out there.

The estranged wife: Brooke Mueller steps out in LA holding little son Bob

'I did not call 911, I was not screaming or freaking out. Other than that the details of what went on in the room what went on that night I would d prefer to keep private and personal.

'I have been through a lot and I have learned that you just have to pick yourself up and move forward.'

While most women would find it humiliating to be involved in such a scandal, Richards appeared both relaxed and calm as she was interviewed about the incident on The Today Show.

Instead, Denise insisted she has an 'obligation' to promote her new television comedy series Blue Mountain State.

Getting some groceries: Charlie's father Martin Sheen was seen out shopping in Los Angeles yesterday

She said: 'I am very proud of it, I am a professional so i wanted to do this. I love the show and think it is a fun one.'

In an interview on The PIX Morning Show yesterday, Denise added that she wanted to 'protect' Sheen, explaining: 'I want to protect Charlie right now and protect my girls and promote my show.'

Sheen, who is the highest-paid actor on U.S. TV, could make a return to work as soon by the end of the week, it has been claimed.

He has admitted to using cocaine in the past and paying for hookers.
And he pleaded guilty to attacking his third wife Brooke Mueller during a Christmas Day row.

He is nearing the end of probation for that incident, in Colorado.
